The role of an RV Service Technician at Marathon Coach, Inc. is a pivotal position that supports the company’s mission to maintain and service its luxury coaches to the highest standard. This full-time position, based in Coburg, Oregon, offers an hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $23.00. The RV Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide array of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems unique to luxury motorcoaches. The technician’s duties also include performing routine maintenance tasks, assisting in coach remodels, and ensuring that all repairs are completed with precision and safety. Effective communication, collaboration with team members, and thorough documentation are integral aspects of this role. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., contributing to a dependable and consistent workflow.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to use hands and fingers dexterously
- Must follow safety protocols and procedures
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in RV or automotive repair preferred
