Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in commission-based sales or related fields
  • valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
  • ability to operate and demonstrate recreational vehicles
  • proficiency with digital sales tools and basic computer applications
  • strong communication skills in English

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate RV inventory, including features, floorplans, pricing, and financing options, using consultative sales techniques and product expertise
  • Collaborate with finance, service, and delivery teams to ensure efficient deal processing
  • Stay current on RV industry trends, dealership inventory, and competitor offerings while maintaining an organized, visually appealing showroom and lot
