Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in commission-based sales or related fields
- valid California driver’s license with clean driving record
- ability to operate and demonstrate recreational vehicles
- proficiency with digital sales tools and basic computer applications
- strong communication skills in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- additional coursework in sales, business, or automotive/RV retail preferred
- proven experience in commission-based sales, automotive sales, RV sales, marine sales, or other big-ticket retail environments
- valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
- proficiency with digital sales tools and basic computer applications
- strong communication skills in English for customer interaction and sales negotiations
Job Duties
- Drive RV sales performance by engaging customers, conducting needs assessments, and closing high-value retail transactions in a competitive dealership environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service across in-person, phone, and digital channels while building long-term client relationships and repeat business pipelines
- Demonstrate RV inventory, including features, floorplans, pricing, and financing options, using consultative sales techniques and product expertise
- Collaborate with finance, service, and delivery teams to ensure efficient deal processing
- Stay current on RV industry trends, dealership inventory, and competitor offerings while maintaining an organized, visually appealing showroom and lot
