Campers Inn RV is currently seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join their team as RV Sales Associates. This role is pivotal in helping customers find their dream RVs and delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process. As an RV Sales Associate, you will actively engage with customers following the company’s trusted door to deal sales approach, ensuring you provide expert advice on new and used RVs, conduct thorough demonstrations of units, and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the inventory and market trends. Collaboration with the finance and insurance (F&I) team will be crucial for closing sales smoothly and professionally.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Must be able to obtain state sales license if required
  • Minimum of one year of RV sales experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to multi task in fast paced environment
  • Reliable and strong work ethic
  • Commitment to superior customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn company systems and software
  • Physical ability to move RVs and perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Must be able to obtain state sales license if required by state regulations
  • A minimum of one year of RV sales experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
  • Reliable and strong work ethic
  • Commitment to superior customer service
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team
  • Knowledge or ability to learn computer company system applications, including Motility Systems2K, MS Office and other software as applicable
  • Ability to move RVs of various sizes
  • Ability to organize various physical tasks through adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending
  • Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Follow our trusted door to deal sales process
  • Work with an industry leading team to sell new and used RVs with highest quality customer experience
  • Conduct effective demonstration of units
  • Working knowledge of each product being sold
  • Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I team
  • Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
  • Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue-generating practices to the team and organization
  • Stay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventory
  • Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, employees, and management
  • Attend RV Shows and location events as needed
