The role of an RV Sales Associate at Campers Inn RV is crucial to delivering the company’s mission of exceptional customer service and trusted sales processes. The sales associate is responsible for following the trusted door-to-deal sales process to effectively sell both new and used RVs. This position is designed to provide a high-quality customer experience by demonstrating expert knowledge of the products and maintaining integrity throughout the sales cycle. The sales associate works closely with an industry-leading team and the finance and insurance (F&I) staff to close sales efficiently and effectively. This role requires a customer-focused approach, avoiding high-pressure tactics, and ensuring a supportive buying environment.
Essential job functions for the RV Sales Associate include conducting effective demonstrations of RV units, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and dealership inventory, and generating innovative strategies to exceed sales goals. The associate will also be expected to maintain enthusiastic communication with customers, colleagues, and management, participate in RV shows and dealership events, and contribute ideas that promote best revenue-generating practices. The position offers flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer availability and dealership events.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Must be able to obtain state sales license if required by state regulations
- Minimum one year of RV sales experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Reliable and strong work ethic
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Knowledge or ability to learn computer applications
- Ability to move and physically manage RVs, including lifting 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- A minimum of one year of RV sales experience is preferred
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills

- Knowledge or ability to learn computer company system applications, including Motility Systems2K, MS Office and other software as applicable
- Ability to move RVs of various sizes
- Ability to organize various physical tasks through adjusting, climbing ladders, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, or bending
- Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Job Duties

- Stay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventory
- Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, employees, and management
- Attend RV shows and location events as needed
