Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • ability to obtain state sales license if required
  • minimum of one year of RV sales experience preferred
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • reliable and strong work ethic
  • commitment to superior customer service
  • ability to work independently and on a team
  • ability to learn company computer systems
  • physical ability to move RVs and perform various physical tasks
  • ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Follow our trusted door to deal sales process
  • work with an industry leading team to sell new and used RVs with highest quality customer experience
  • conduct effective demonstration of units
  • working knowledge of each product being sold
  • close sales effectively by working closely with F&I team
  • follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
  • generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue-generating practices to the team and organization
  • stay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventory
  • be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, employees, and management
  • attend RV shows and location events as needed
