The company is currently seeking to fill a hybrid role for a Detailer and Lot Porter, an essential position responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of RVs on the lot while supporting sales and service teams. The Detailer aspect of the job focuses on ensuring each RV shines inside and out through thorough cleaning, polishing, and finishing using vacuums, power washers, and polishing tools – with full training provided if necessary. The primary goal is to keep RVs showroom-ready and uphold Blue Compass RV's high standards.

On the Lot Porter side, responsibilities include safely moving RVs across the lot or into service bays using forklifts or tow vehicles, organizing the lot to keep it neat and customer-ready, supporting sales and service teams with vehicle staging and event setups, and conducting basic inspections to flag any issues. This role suits candidates with a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, experience operating forklifts or large vehicles preferred, and a keen eye for detail. The position requires the ability to work outdoors and remain on one's feet for most of the day.

The compensation for this hybrid role ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, reflecting the importance of the position in maintaining the dealership’s smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
