- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail or automotive industry
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients

- Degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or automotive industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Experience in the RV industry or strong personal interest in recreational vehicles preferred
- Familiarity with consignment sales processes and inventory management
- Sales training in customer relationship management
Job Duties
- Identify and evaluate potential RV purchases and consignment opportunities to expand inventory
- Negotiate purchase prices and consignment terms with sellers to ensure favorable agreements
- Conduct market research to stay informed about pricing trends and customer demands
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service throughout the buying and selling process
- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement
