Role overview: The runner/expo position is a pivotal role within our restaurant, serving as the vital link between the kitchen and the dining area. This role involves constant movement and attention to detail to ensure a smooth flow of service. As a runner/expo, you will be responsible for ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen is perfectly finished and promptly delivered to the guests. You will act as the ceremonial presenter of the food, describing dishes to guests in an engaging and informative manner. Communication skills are key, as you will handle guest requests and convey them to the kitchen or service staff quickly and efficiently. This role requires a proactive attitude, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service. You will help maintain the synchronization between the kitchen and front-of-house to ensure every diner enjoys a seamless and delightful dining experience. Job Duties

  • Serve as the liaison between kitchen and guests
