Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience as a runner or expo preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and politely with guests and team members
Physical stamina to stand and move throughout shifts
Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of menu items and ingredients a plus
Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Team player with a positive attitude
Basic food safety knowledge

Job Duties

Read tickets finish plates and run food or delegate to a team member
Describe dish being dropped at the guest's table and ensure they are satisfied before returning to the kitchen
Retrieve any items guests may need to accompany their meal
Assist servers in side work during down times
Be sure station is set with all items needed by both the BOH and the FOH
Maintain a clean workstation
