Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in food service
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to carry plates and stand for long periods
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure

- Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred

Job Duties
- Coordinate between kitchen staff and wait staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving

- Handle special requests and communicate them effectively to the kitchen
- Ensure that all orders are completed accurately
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the expo area
- Communicate any issues or delays promptly to service staff
