Job Duties
- Supporting the guest experience with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ensuring guests are well cared for from arrival to departure
- Creating a warm and laid-back atmosphere to encourage repeat visits
- Learning and mastering steps of service, products, menu, and systems
- Collaborating with kitchen and service staff to ensure order accuracy and presentation
- Delivering food and beverages promptly and hospitably
- Assisting servers with food and beverage service and bussing to maintain guest satisfaction
