Job Duties

  • Supporting the guest experience with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ensuring guests are well cared for from arrival to departure
  • Creating a warm and laid-back atmosphere to encourage repeat visits
  • Learning and mastering steps of service, products, menu, and systems
  • Collaborating with kitchen and service staff to ensure order accuracy and presentation
  • Delivering food and beverages promptly and hospitably
  • Assisting servers with food and beverage service and bussing to maintain guest satisfaction
