Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role preferred
Physical ability to perform job duties including bending, twisting, standing and lifting up to 50 lbs
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to use computer systems for inventory management
Willingness to adhere to safety and security procedures
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
Ability to converse comfortably with customers
Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
Ability to drive a truck safely where applicable
May require a valid driver’s license and good driving record as demonstrated by a DMV printout

Job Duties

Provide excellent service to internal and external customers in receiving, processing and distributing merchandise and supplies to stores
Comply with delivery schedules
accurately, timely, and efficiently process deliveries
Execute ticketing process according to company standards
Accurately and efficiently stock shipments
Pull, prepare, and process daily orders according to requisitions generated by the stores
Review orders for accuracy
Utilize computer to manage accurate inventory for warehouse operations
Transport orders and returns between the warehouse and stores where applicable
Identify damaged and expired products
Implement product rotation based on product code dates in warehouse and concepts
Follow all security and safety procedures established by the company and branch
Assist in all maintenance responsibilities and activities established by the warehouse
Maintain fixtures and equipment storage
Assist with bin location upkeep and the physical inventory process
Maintain HACCP charts and walk-in coolers and freezers where applicable
