This position involves delivering food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to the customers’ tables and serving as a vital communication link between the Front of the House and Back of the House teams. Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- 18+ years of age
- Possess or able to possess all state-required work cards
- Minimum of one year related experience
- Familiarity with Opentable
- Knowledge of proper lifting techniques
- Experience in guest relations
- Understanding of sanitation and safety
- Certified in safe alcohol service
- Experienced in full-service restaurant operations
- Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in English verbally and in writing
- Ability to work indoors and/or outdoors exposed to temperature changes, steam, wet floors
- Ability to work in noisy, crowded, and smoky environments
- Ability to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods
- Ability to use hands to handle, control, or feel objects
- Ability to repeat movements for long periods
- Ability to understand and be understood in speech
- Ability to push and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to perform physical activities including climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling

Job Duties
- Help maintain the efficiency of the restaurant kitchen by delivering dishes to the table
- Deliver items to the customer's table when they are ready to eat
- Assist waiters and waitresses
- Maintain a constant flow of items from the kitchen to the table to the dishwasher
- Work well in a team environment
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Stay organized throughout busy times
- Coordinate and keep track of multiple tasks simultaneously
- Speak up loudly to inform coworkers of tasks
