The role available is that of a Rivani Runner, a pivotal position within the Class X commercial office environment. The Runner is entrusted with delivering a high-touch, hospitality-oriented tenant experience that aligns with the luxury and precision that Class X embodies. The Rivani Runner’s responsibilities encompass providing prompt, professional, and detail-oriented support services to tenants, property management, and engineering teams. This entails delivering exceptional hospitality-level service, handling packages with care, supporting operational needs such as inventory restocking and equipment transport, and maintaining the pristine presentation and cleanliness of the entire facility. The Runner acts as a vital communication link across building operations, reporting service updates, safety concerns, and tenant requests in real time.

Presentation and conduct standards are rigorous, reflecting a five-star luxury hospitality model. Uniform adherence, impeccable grooming, professional posture, and formal language are mandatory. Discretion and confidentiality regarding tenant information are strictly enforced. Physical requirements include the ability to remain active throughout the shift, safely lift and carry items up to 50 pounds, and navigate the full building efficiently.

Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience in luxury hospitality or related settings, demonstrating composure, precision, and genuine warmth under high expectations. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are strongly preferred due to the diverse Miami Beach community.
