Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length
  • Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school education is required
  • Hospitality or other degrees are a plus
  • Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant or customer service industry preferred

Job Duties

  • Run food and beverages out to the correct tables as they appear in the window
  • Check all items for completion, accuracy, and table numbers
  • Communicate with the servers and kitchen if something is incorrect or missing from an order
  • Be aware of and be able to inform guests of Pacific Catch's ingredients and components of all food and beverage items
  • Ensure that all necessary condiments and appropriate serving implements, dishes, glassware, and utensils are available and clean for guests
  • During downtime, proactively assist other team members or as requested by the manager
  • Exercise care with all restaurant equipment, dishes, silverware, and glasses to ensure minimum breakage
