Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Cinépolis USA operates 26 luxury and premium theaters across multiple states including California, Florida, New Jersey, Connecticut, Texas, Maryland, and Ohio, with ambitious plans for further expansion. As part of the global Cinépolis International brand, which is the most popular movie theater exhibitor worldwide, Cinépolis USA blends innovation, film passion, and exceptional hospitality to deliver an unforgettable entertainment experience.

Cinépolis is highly committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for both its guests and team members. The company values its employees as the most important asset and provides them with generous benefits such as employee discounts on tickets, food, and nonalcoholic beverages, as well as rewards for milestone work anniversaries. This focus on supporting and appreciating employees reflects in the high-quality service delivered at each cinema location.

The role offered is within the Operations department at the theater level, reporting directly to the General Manager. As a team member in this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest service, maintaining theater cleanliness, assisting in food and beverage delivery, and ensuring smooth operational flow. The base pay ranges from $16.90 to $19.50, reflecting the importance placed on skilled, customer-focused personnel.

In this position, you will serve as a key point of contact for guests, providing assistance with food orders, suggesting menu promotions and add-ons, and guaranteeing timely and accurate delivery of concessions, kitchen, and bar items. You'll work closely with the expediter and fellow team members to ensure the highest standards of food quality and service speed. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining auditorium cleanliness after showings, monitoring guest complaints, managing small operational issues such as movie projection concerns, and supporting team members in various capacities such as ticket scanning and concession sales.

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic theater environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. The ability to handle difficult situations and prioritize tasks efficiently is essential for success. Being detail-oriented and having a sense of integrity are vital traits, ensuring orders are correct and guests receive a seamless experience. Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends is a key requirement, reflecting the nature of the entertainment industry hours.

Physical demands include walking, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance. The work environment typically has varying noise levels consistent with active cinema theaters. Cinépolis USA is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to enable all employees, including those with disabilities, to perform their essential job functions.

Overall, joining Cinépolis USA means becoming part of a global leader in the cinema exhibition industry that prioritizes innovation, hospitality, and employee wellbeing.
