The Food and Beverage (F&B) Runner role at Legends Global’s Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. This position is integral to the smooth operation of concession stands throughout the facility, ensuring that all food and beverage products are delivered efficiently and according to schedule. As an F&B Runner, you will work closely with concession staff and management to maintain the highest standards of customer service and operational effectiveness. Working as an F&B Runner involves both physical and organizational tasks. You will be expected to handle inventory management duties such as receiving orders, proper storage of items, and maintaining accurate accounting of warehouse transactions. The role also entails maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including the setup and breakdown of portable food service equipment. This position is classified as non-exempt with a competitive pay rate of $25 per hour. Employees in this role are part of a union represented by Unite Here Local 11, and union membership is a condition of employment. The position demands flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays to align with the event calendar at the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center.
