Job Requirements

Ability to stand and be on feet for long periods
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to move quickly within the restaurant
Ability to lift moderate weight as required for cleaning and running tasks
Must have a strong teamwork mindset
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Basic understanding of sanitation and safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness
Reliable and punctual
Positive and professional demeanor

Job Duties

Provide guest service and communicate effectively when guests need attention
Provide a friendly, relaxing, professional demeanor and assist servers as needed
Clean tables by removing plates, utensils, and drinkware and sanitize surfaces
Reset tables in a timely manner for the next guests
Clean various areas in and around the restaurant
Empty trash cans
Expedite and run food to the correct tables
Notify management of any facility issues
Clean up spills immediately
Inspect restrooms to maintain cleanliness at all times
