Job Duties
- Deliver food orders to guests with accuracy and care, confirming each order before presenting it and ensuring food arrives promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and showtime ready dining room at all times, including clearing and resetting tables, wiping surfaces, managing bus stations, sweeping floors, emptying trash, and completing routine restroom checks
- Proactively check in with guests throughout their visit, anticipating needs such as utensils, napkins, beverages, sauces, or additional assistance
- Create a warm, welcoming environment through friendly, genuine interactions that make guests feel noticed and cared for
- Uphold all company safety, sanitation, and food handling standards to ensure the health and safety of guests and team members
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, guest-focused demeanor
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service and efficient operation
