We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Room Service Runner to join the dedicated team at The Wade - Lakeshore. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests by promptly taking orders, delivering food and beverages accurately to guest rooms, and maintaining the highest standards of service etiquette. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the hotel’s menus, layout, and amenities, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
