Job Duties
- Probe beepers and radios to ensure communication equipment functions properly
- place requested items such as fold-away beds and refrigerators in guest rooms
- deliver additional towels, bathrobes, and other guest amenities
- provide complimentary toiletries like toothpaste, razors, and shampoo
- deliver items including food, messages, toiletries, correspondence, faxes, packages, flowers, gifts and various articles to guest rooms
- deliver fold-away beds, cribs, linens, toiletries and other requested items to guest rooms
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
- complete training and safety certifications
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- maintain privacy of company information and protect company property
- support coworkers with dignity and respect
- assist team in achieving common goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance
- stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods
- read and visually verify information in various formats
- visually inspect tools, equipment or machinery for defects
- reach above head and below knees, bend, twist, climb stairs or service ramps
- work in confined or elevated spaces
- perform other reasonable job tasks as assigned by supervisors
