Job Requirements
- Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 45 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion
- Ability to work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment as well as operating phones, computers, printers, and other office equipment
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Assist servers in delivering food to guests in a timely and accurate manner
- Clear tables and ensure that they are clean and ready for the next guest
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including floors, chairs, and table settings
- Work collaboratively with all team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Prepare dining room for patrons by cleaning, setting decorations, condiments, napkins, service plates, and utensils
- Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
- Maintain menu presentation by keeping menus clean and in good condition
- Maintain table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, and being alert to patron spills or other special needs
- Support wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands, trash container liners, and bus stations
- Close dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping and/or vacuuming floors, and removing trash and recyclables
- Provide highly skilled and efficient food delivery to guests
- Anticipate guests' needs and address them accordingly
- Demonstrate excellent communication and guest service skills
- Handle stress effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-task and transfer food items to and from kitchen
