We are currently seeking enthusiastic Runners and Bussers to join our team in either full-time or part-time capacities. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation and overall guest experience in our busy restaurant. The Runner and Busser positions involve direct interaction with guests, taking pride in timely food delivery, and ensuring the dining area remains clean, organized, and prepared for incoming patrons. Team members in these roles work closely with servers and kitchen staff to guarantee efficient, seamless service during all shifts, especially in our fast-paced brunch and bar environment.

At The Friendly Toast, Runners assist servers by promptly delivering food and beverages, anticipating guests’ needs, and facilitating effective communication between front-of-house and kitchen teams. Bussers support by preparing and maintaining the dining environment, clearing tables, setting up necessary dining elements such as utensils and condiments, and ensuring cleanliness throughout service. Both roles demand physical stamina, including prolonged standing, bending, and lifting, as well as the capacity to handle the equipment and materials essential to daily operations safely.
