Job Requirements

  • Availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to anticipate guests' needs
  • Ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties

  • Assist servers in delivering food to guests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Clear tables and ensure that they are clean and ready for the next guest
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including floors, chairs, and table settings
  • Work collaboratively with all team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service
  • Prepare dining room for patrons by cleaning and setting decorations, condiments, napkins, service plates, and utensils
  • Adhere to sanitation and safety policies to protect establishment and patrons
  • Remove courses as completed and replenish utensils
  • Set up and replenish condiment stands, trash container liners, and bus stations
  • Clean chairs and tables, sweep and vacuum floors, and remove trash and recyclables
  • Participate in staff training opportunities to update job knowledge
  • Provide food to guests efficiently and accurately
  • Anticipate guests' needs and deal with them accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Handle stress in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Transfer food items to and from kitchen
