Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Assist servers in delivering food to guests in a timely and accurate manner
- Clear tables and ensure that they are clean and ready for the next guest
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including floors, chairs, and table settings
- Work collaboratively with all team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Prepare dining room for patrons by cleaning and setting decorations, condiments, napkins, service plates, and utensils
- Adhere to sanitation and safety policies to protect establishment and patrons
- Remove courses as completed and replenish utensils
- Set up and replenish condiment stands, trash container liners, and bus stations
- Clean chairs and tables, sweep and vacuum floors, and remove trash and recyclables
- Participate in staff training opportunities to update job knowledge
- Provide food to guests efficiently and accurately
- Anticipate guests' needs and deal with them accordingly
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Handle stress in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Transfer food items to and from kitchen
