The role of Runner at Aramark is a critical position within their exclusive VIP clubs, luxury bars, and upscale dining establishments. As a Runner, the individual plays a pivotal part in supporting both the front-of-house and culinary teams by ensuring that food and beverage items are delivered promptly, accurately, and presented impeccably to match the high standards of an elite dining environment. Beyond the essential task of delivery, Runners maintain the steady flow of service by organizing and replenishing service supplies, garnishes, and supporting dining room preparations and cleanups. Job Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, fine dining, luxury hotels, private clubs, or restaurant environments preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn menu offerings, dining service standards, and guest service expectations

Job Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests promptly while maintaining presentation and quality standards
- Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and delivered to the correct guest and table
- Maintain working knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and daily features to confidently describe dishes when serving guests
- Support VIP Waitstaff, bartenders, and culinary teams to ensure seamless service execution
- Organize, stock, and replenish finishing garnishes, service products, supplies, and dining room essentials while efficiently delivering food, supporting kitchen operations, and ensuring timely, accurate service
- Transport products and inventory while maintaining operational efficiency and inventory integrity
- Assist with setting up, maintaining, and breaking down dining rooms, service stations, and event spaces
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of workstations, dining areas, and guest service spaces
- Anticipate operational needs and assist with guest requests to support an exceptional hospitality experience
- Communicate effectively with culinary and service teams regarding timing, special requests, and service priorities
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor when interacting with members, guests, and team members
- Assist with private events, VIP functions, and special dining experiences as needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, alcohol service, and workplace safety procedures
- Ensure security and proper handling of company assets and equipment
