Within this dynamic and purpose-driven environment, the Mailroom Coordinator role is a vital position supporting the smooth operation and efficiency of office functions. This full-time, in-office role is specifically designed for someone with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments across the entire organization. The Mailroom Coordinator will manage the daily processes related to mail handling, including receiving, sorting, postage management, and delivery logistics. The position also involves stocking office supplies, assisting with the setup of workstations for new employees, and supporting the HR Manager with various office management tasks. In addition to handling internal mail and office needs, this role requires the individual to drive between local office locations for mail or supply deliveries, thus necessitating a valid driver's license and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.

This role offers an hourly wage between $15 and $17 and demands physical capability such as lifting and moving large packages and boxes, sometimes weighing up to 50 pounds, while performing tasks that require kneeling and bending. Highly organized multitasking abilities are essential, enabling the candidate to manage a fast-paced work environment effectively with minimal supervision. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must have a vehicle insured at all times with 100/300 bodily injury limits
  • Must be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Must have strong knowledge of local roads or ability to use GPS
  • Must be highly organized and able to multitask
  • Must work full-time in-office
  • Must possess excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Computer skill including knowledge of mailroom equipment such as copy machine, package tracking software, postage
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and vehicle
  • Vehicle must be insured at all times and maintain 100/300 bodily injury limits
  • Must be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds, while kneeling and bending
  • Must have strong knowledge of local roads and or ability to use GPS for deliveries between offices
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a great attitude and minimal supervision

Job Duties

  • Coordinate the daily operations of the mail department including receive, postage, and organize all office mail
  • Organize and stock office supplies
  • Move and lift large box deliveries
  • Setup workstations for new employees
  • Assist the HR Manager with office management tasks
  • Assist with other tasks as requested by the attorney or case staff
  • Drive as needed to other local offices to deliver mail or supplies
