Established as a leader in the casual dining industry, Pacific Catch celebrates fresh, sustainable seafood and innovative flavors inspired by the coastal regions of the Pacific Rim. The company prides itself on nurturing a workplace culture that values integrity, teamwork, and personal growth, making it a sought-after employer for individuals passionate about food service and hospitality. Recognized not only for its culinary excellence but also for its dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment, Pacific Catch attracts a diverse team dedicated to delivering first-class service to every guest.
This Food Runner position at Pacific Catch offers an exciting opportunity for those who genuinely enjoy working in fast-paced, team-oriented restaurants with a focus on impeccable guest experiences. As a Food Runner, you will play an essential role in the guest dining journey, acting as the crucial link between the kitchen and the dining room. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that guests receive their meals promptly and accurately while maintaining the high standards of the brand’s hospitality approach. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in environments where attention to detail, teamwork, and proactive communication are vital.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this part-time, hourly, non-exempt position requires a flexible schedule with a strong emphasis on weekend availability. The Food Runner is expected to move efficiently between the kitchen and dining areas, delivering food and beverage orders with care and professionalism. An essential part of the job involves verifying all orders for accuracy and completeness before they reach the customers, ensuring condiments and utensils are properly stocked, and proactively supporting other team members during downtime. This multi-faceted position demands physical stamina, as it involves standing and walking for extended periods and requires frequent lifting of items weighing up to 35 pounds.
Pacific Catch offers competitive compensation, paying $18.70 per hour, and is dedicated to providing an enriching work environment that encourages career development. Team members are immersed in a culture that champions the company’s Core Values and Team Member Standards, emphasizing respect, cooperation, and exceptional guest service. Joining Pacific Catch as a Food Runner means becoming part of a family that values the contributions of every individual and provides ongoing opportunities for learning and advancement within the restaurant industry. If you are enthusiastic about hospitality and eager to contribute to a thriving restaurant brand, this position offers a rewarding path to build your skills and grow professionally.
