The role of a Cinepolis Team Member is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to be at the forefront of a world-class entertainment experience. Team members play a critical role in delivering the signature "Nice and Amazing Service" that defines Cinepolis’ customer experience. The position is within the Operations Department and reports directly to the General Manager at each theater location. This is a highly interactive role that involves delivering concessions, kitchen, and bar items efficiently and courteously to guests, following meticulous In-Seat Dining procedures to ensure exceptional service quality.
Team members work closely with the expediter and kitchen staff to guarantee timely and simultaneous delivery of food orders. They demonstrate integrity by ensuring orders are correct and complete, promptly communicating any discrepancies to supervisors or kitchen personnel. A significant part of the role involves guiding guests through the menu, suggesting promotions or add-ons to enhance their experience, and effectively upselling when appropriate. Maintaining clean auditoriums and providing assistance to fellow team members by scanning tickets, conducting restroom checks, and managing guest complaints are also essential responsibilities.
Candidates must understand that the nature of this position requires physical stamina, as it involves standing, walking, bending, and occasionally lifting items weighing between 10 to 50 pounds, sometimes with assistance. Working conditions include typical theater noise and activity levels. Flexibility to work during nights, holidays, and weekends is mandatory, reflecting the company's commitment to providing entertainment around the clock.

- 1+ years of food running or bussing preferred
- ServSafe, food handling, and alcohol training certifications required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills

- Must be able to maintain strong attention to detail while able to prioritize in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment

Job Duties
- Deliver concessions items, kitchen items, and bar items to guests including utensils, sauces, and napkins while embodying Nice and Amazing Service by following all In Seat Dining procedures
- Work closely with expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
- Demonstrate commitment, and integrity at all times – double check that orders are correct and complete and communicate with kitchen/expediter/supervisors if they are not
- Guide guests through the menu and suggest promotions, add-ons, or upselling, demonstrating knowledge of menu and Cinepolis offerings if guests would like to order more items
- Clean auditoriums removing all dishes, trash, and providing managers with any found items
- Be of service to your team members and assist them when needed including scanning tickets for guests, cleaning and restroom checks, and ringing up guests at concessions or box office
- Navigate guest complaints and assist with requests or direct them to proper resource if unable to assist
