Job Requirements
- At least 6 months of food service experience
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills
- ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 40 lbs
- U.S. work authorization is required

Job Duties
- Pick up food items from kitchen, check order for accuracy and quality before delivering and serve guest
- Promptly clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silverware for service in a discreet manner
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service
- assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages
- Breakdown, clean and set-up side stations and heart of house areas
