This customer-facing position demands enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to hospitality, enhancing the guest experience beyond just the films shown. Runners handle multiple responsibilities, from delivering concessions, kitchen, and bar items to assisting team members across various operational functions such as ticket scanning, cleaning, and addressing guest inquiries or complaints. The role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where teamwork and communication are paramount. Runners are also expected to maintain high standards of etiquette by acknowledging guests according to Cinepolis’ standards and upholding integrity in all aspects of service. Detailed procedures govern the operations, including opening, mid, and closing duties, participation in training sessions, and adherence to all safety and handling protocols related to food and alcohol. The physical nature of the job involves walking, standing, bending, and handling items with occasional lifting of moderate weights, set within an energetic cinema environment often filled with noise and activity.
