Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds constantly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • ability to stand and be mobile for up to four hours or longer
  • capacity to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat frequently
  • effective communication skills
  • must work in extreme temperature environments including cold and heat
  • ability to hear and listen attentively
  • commitment to personal hygiene and cleanliness
  • availability to work scheduled shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food service or similar role preferred
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • ability to communicate effectively with team members and members
  • ability to follow detailed instructions and multitask under pressure
  • stamina to stand and move throughout shifts
  • ability to handle physical lifting requirements

Job Duties

  • Report to work in proper uniform and readiness according to schedule
  • set up the front line with necessary equipment and plateware
  • clean trays and jack stands for service
  • read and track orders using the KDS system
  • coordinate with kitchen stations to time and serve food items
  • garnish and tray food according to specifications
  • deliver food to correct table positions and assist servers
  • adhere to safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions
  • complete closing duties and assist in kitchen cleanliness
  • perform assigned side work
