Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds constantly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- ability to stand and be mobile for up to four hours or longer
- capacity to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat frequently
- effective communication skills
- must work in extreme temperature environments including cold and heat
- ability to hear and listen attentively

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or similar role preferred
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and members
- ability to follow detailed instructions and multitask under pressure
- stamina to stand and move throughout shifts
- ability to handle physical lifting requirements
Job Duties
- Report to work in proper uniform and readiness according to schedule
- set up the front line with necessary equipment and plateware
- clean trays and jack stands for service
- read and track orders using the KDS system
- coordinate with kitchen stations to time and serve food items
- garnish and tray food according to specifications
- deliver food to correct table positions and assist servers
- adhere to safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions
- complete closing duties and assist in kitchen cleanliness
- perform assigned side work
