Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, and lifting regularly
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Familiarity with safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage

- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Ensure efficient and timely delivery of food and beverages to guests, collaborating with servers and kitchen staff
- Verify order accuracy and presentation before serving, assisting with food preparation and garnishing dishes
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and ensure all equipment is in working order
- Complete opening, closing, and side work tasks, setting up food carts and stations for service
- Monitor each guest's dining experience, pre-set tables for dining, and clear tables for the next course
- Communicate effectively with all staff to enhance guest service and satisfaction
- Adhere to 4 Keys service standards, safety standards, and hotel policies and procedures
