The role of Beverage Supervisor at Caesars Entertainment is a pivotal position within the Food and Beverage department. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years supervisory experience preferred
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
- Must be computer literate
- Dexterity to utilize tools
- Ability to move quickly
- Subject to bright lights
- Ability to sit, stand climb stairs and/or walk for long periods of time
- Work in hot or cold temperatures, confined spaces, dusty environment
- Constant guest and team member contact
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, twist, hear, type, and tolerate high noise areas
- Work in outdoor weather conditions (hot/cold)
- Work in second-hand smoke environment
- Push/Pull up to 100 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds
- Accurate money/chip handling
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
- Must be computer literate
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance in a hospitality setting
Job Duties
- Uphold all standards set forth by the company with regards to customer service, customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and safety
- Uphold, abide by and enforce company alcohol and drug policies and procedures
- Ensure all productivity goals set by the department are being met on each shift
- Provide the proper training to each employee and conduct follow-up sessions to ensure training is effective
- Schedule appropriately according to business levels to minimize costs and maximize service
- Perform end of shift functions such as payroll, ordering, scheduling, recaps, etc.
- Issue performance evaluations, positive and corrective feedback, disciplinary action, etc.
