Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of progressively responsible related experience in a similar venue
- One year of supervisory experience
- Ability to achieve and maintain Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications within 90 days
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment use
- Experience with point-of-sale systems preferred
- Ability to maintain discretion handling confidential information
- Ability to work irregular hours including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to meet the demands of the role including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to interact professionally with guests and all levels of staff
- Flexibility to work at different venues as needed
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of progressively responsible related experience in a venue of similar size
- An Associate’s degree may substitute for one year of experience
- One year of supervisory experience
- Ability to achieve and maintain Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications within 90 days
- Proficiency with standard office equipment and Microsoft Office
- Experience with point-of-sale systems preferred
- Ability to maintain discretion when handling confidential information
- Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members at all levels including speaking in front of small groups
- Flexibility to work irregular hours including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to talk, hear, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and move for the duration of shifts
- Ability to lift or move objects up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally with assistance
- Specific vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Job Duties
- Carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws including interviewing, hiring, and training team members

- Oversee daily operations of assigned shift including leading shift meetings, conducting training, performing opening and closing duties

- Manage team member scheduling and venue inventory to meet business demands and attain budgeted goals through effective cost controls
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment
- Maintain complete knowledge of venue to include service standards, menu items, beverage selections, specials, promotions, events, and policies
- Work at other venues as assigned based on business needs
- Ensure full compliance with departmental internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
