Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3 to 6 months of related cooking experience preferred
- Ability to achieve ServSafe certification within 90 days
- Ability to complete Culinary Academy within 12 months
- Ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment
- Ability to work in varying temperature environments
- Ability to work in a noisy environment
- Ability to work near moving parts and kitchen equipment safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 3 to 6 months of related cooking experience preferred

Job Duties
- Perform basic to intermediate food preparation and cooking duties including washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring ingredients
- Prepare salads and cold foods
- Fry, stock, and batch cook
- Assemble, garnish, and finalize presentation of completed dishes
- Use and clean kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils safely including ovens, grills, fryers, broilers, and knives
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment, working closely with stewards
- Learn to perform more advanced kitchen and cooking duties and assist other members of the culinary team
- Assist in storing and rotating all inventories as needed
- Perform opening and closing duties as needed
- Work at other kitchens and venues as assigned
- Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
