More than just fulfilling technical tasks, RT Assistants act as ambassadors of the company, embodying MISTRAS’ core values of integrity, respect, and collaboration, while maintaining a constant focus on operational safety and quality standards.

Major responsibilities of the role encompass executing field and administrative tasks efficiently and with attention to detail, performing daily safety meetings, managing and revising job hazard analyses (JHA), participating actively in rescue preparedness and management, and continuously striving for performance improvement through effective leadership and teamwork. Employees are expected to strictly follow company policies and procedures, maintain open communication with project managers and leadership, and uphold the highest standards in rope access and radiation safety practices. This position requires punctuality, readiness to work, and adherence to attendance standards to ensure seamless project progression.

MISTRAS Group fosters a positive work culture built on safety excellence and inclusion, promoting employee growth through training and supportive leadership. The company is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a workplace that embraces diversity and prohibits discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. MISTRAS encourages all its employees to participate proactively in safety and operational improvements, making the environment safe, productive, and respectful for all.
