This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless customer journey by acting as the single contact point for homeowners throughout their project, providing clear and personalized communication. The Concierge RSR collaborates closely with Sales Representatives to manage details from the initial stages of scheduling technical measurements through installation and follow-up. This position demands a customer-focused, detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills who thrives in a team environment. The role transitions to a hybrid working schedule after training, enabling both remote and office-based work to promote work-life balance.
