Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in retail or food service
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic office software
- ServeSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication skills
- Physical capability to perform repetitive physical tasks including lifting and standing
- Evidence of work authorization required
- Adherence to company policies and food safety standards

- Comfortable with leading, inventory, and basic store systems
- Familiar with POS systems and basic software such as Word, Excel, and Email

- Committed to customer focus with a welcoming attitude
- Physical stamina and mobility to perform tasks involving bending, reaching, standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working in various temperature conditions
Job Duties
- Guide team members through daily tasks to keep the kitchen running smoothly and boost sales performance
- Supervise staff in cooking, serving, packaging, and counter service to ensure quality and consistency
- Oversee storage, rotation, and maintenance to keep ingredients fresh and minimize waste
- Assist with food inventory, ordering, and sales goals to meet department targets
- Create shift schedules and assign responsibilities to keep coverage balanced and efficient
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members to set them up for success
- Ensure staff follow company policies, food safety standards, and store procedures
