Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in retail or food service
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic office software
  • ServeSafe certification or willingness to obtain
  • Strong communication skills
  • Physical capability to perform repetitive physical tasks including lifting and standing
  • Evidence of work authorization required
  • Adherence to company policies and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable with leading, inventory, and basic store systems
  • Familiar with POS systems and basic software such as Word, Excel, and Email
  • ServeSafe certification or willingness to obtain
  • Committed to customer focus with a welcoming attitude
  • Physical stamina and mobility to perform tasks involving bending, reaching, standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working in various temperature conditions

Job Duties

  • Guide team members through daily tasks to keep the kitchen running smoothly and boost sales performance
  • Supervise staff in cooking, serving, packaging, and counter service to ensure quality and consistency
  • Oversee storage, rotation, and maintenance to keep ingredients fresh and minimize waste
  • Assist with food inventory, ordering, and sales goals to meet department targets
  • Create shift schedules and assign responsibilities to keep coverage balanced and efficient
  • Support the onboarding and training of new team members to set them up for success
  • Ensure staff follow company policies, food safety standards, and store procedures
