Employees will ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of equipment through routine maintenance and pre- and post-trip inspections to maintain operational standards. The role also entails interacting courteously with residents, addressing questions, and managing customer service requests through radio communications, ensuring responsiveness to community inquiries and concerns. This position is also responsible for contributing to a team environment by mentoring new employees and participating in bi-weekly safety meetings, fostering a culture of safety and professionalism.

Strong emphasis is placed on safety awareness, with vigilant monitoring of surroundings to avoid hazards such as parked vehicles, overhead power lines, and pedestrians.
