Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, Cintas serves over one million customers across various industries by offering a comprehensive range of items including uniforms, mats, mops, towels, restroom supplies, workplace water services, first aid and safety products, eye wash stations, safety training, fire extinguishers, sprinkler systems, and alarm services. Recognized as a Fortune 500 company and publicly traded on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol CTAS, Cintas is committed to helping customers get Ready™ for the workday by ensuring their facilities and employees are prepared to open their doors with confidence. The company values diversity and is an Equal Opportunity Employer, fostering an inclusive workplace where candidates receive equal consideration regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
The Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean role at Cintas is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, sales, and performing service tasks. This full-time, first shift position involves managing and growing a customer account base through routine visits scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. The primary responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service by using customized no-touch cleaning equipment to clean customer surfaces meticulously. The role requires operating a customized, company-owned step van to travel to multiple customer locations daily, involving physical activity such as lifting and carrying the necessary equipment. Drivers must comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, as the service vehicle weighs over 10,000 pounds.
A successful Route Service Sales Representative drives business growth by selling additional products and services to current clients, ensuring satisfaction through prompt responses to customer inquiries and proactive problem solving. Maintaining a clean and orderly vehicle interior and properly caring for the cleaning equipment is essential. Building strong relationships based on trust and service excellence with assigned customers is critical to sustained success. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong customer service orientation, self-motivation, teamwork spirit, and a positive, organized, and ambitious approach.
Cintas offers competitive compensation along with comprehensive and flexible benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans with premiums below the national average. The company provides a 401(k) program with Company Match, Profit Sharing, and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Full disability, life, and AD&D insurance are 100% company paid. Additional benefits such as paid time off, holidays, and opportunities for skills development, training, and career advancement are available, making this a rewarding career path for motivated individuals looking to grow within a supportive and stable company environment.
