The role of a Route Service Representative (RSR) at UniFirst is central to the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will manage a designated route, ensuring timely and accurate delivery and pickup of garments and products, building solid relationships through dependable service and professional communication. Your responsibilities will include managing daily route operations, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a predictable schedule that typically runs Monday through Friday during daytime hours with no nights or weekends. The position demands a physically active individual capable of working both indoors and outdoors, lifting up to 50 lbs, and remaining on their feet for extended periods. Driving safety is a top priority, and you will operate a company walk-in truck adhering to all safety standards.

This commissioned role allows you to increase your earning potential by growing customer accounts and identifying upselling opportunities for new garments, products, and services, thus enhancing the customer experience. The company provides formal training through its SCP program and continuous career development opportunities to support RSRs' success. The estimated base weekly compensation starts at $850, with additional commissions based on performance and geographic differentials.
