Your daily responsibilities as an RSR will involve driving a company walk-in truck, managing your route with precision, and providing top-quality service that leaves a positive and lasting impression on customers. This job emphasizes safety, efficiency, and a high standard of customer care, demanding physical stamina and excellent time-management skills. With a consistent Monday to Friday daytime schedule and no night or weekend shifts, the role offers a predictable routine to foster long-term relationships and work-life balance.

The career path at UniFirst as an RSR not only offers competitive compensation with base wages plus commissions from the start but also provides comprehensive benefits such as 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, health and life insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. With formal training programs, ongoing career development opportunities, and a culture grounded in community and inclusivity, UniFirst presents an ideal workplace for those seeking stability and growth in a field-based service position.

UniFirst is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to creating an accommodating hiring process and workplace environment that respects all individuals regardless of race, color, gender, or any other protected status. They also provide accommodations during application processes as needed, underscoring their commitment to accessibility and fair employment practices.

Joining UniFirst as a Route Service Representative means entering a career where customer connections are consistent, earnings grow with your success, and your impact directly helps businesses thrive.
