Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Have a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation required
- Meet all DOT requirements including a physical exam
- High school diploma, GED, or military service
- Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent customer service
- Prior experience in relevant roles is a plus
- Comfortable learning new technologies
- Capable of physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long durations
Job Qualifications

- Meet Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and compliance requirements

Job Duties
- Manage an assigned route by delivering and picking up garments and products daily
- Assist in daily operations by loading and unloading route trucks
- Ensure consistent, reliable on-time deliveries and returns to maintain customer satisfaction
- Build and grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and introducing new products
- Drive sales growth through upselling opportunities and route expansion
- Operate a company walk-in truck with a focus on safety and customer service
- Engage physically in indoor and outdoor environments, maintaining attention to detail and safety standards
- Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain a predictable Monday through Friday daytime schedule servicing the same route and customers
