The role of a Route Service Representative at UniFirst is dynamic and highly engaging, suitable for individuals who thrive in an active, customer-facing environment. As a Route Service Representative, you become the essential link between UniFirst and its valued clientele, tasked with managing a designated route wherein you deliver and pick up garments and products daily. This role requires a dependable, motivated individual who takes ownership of their responsibilities and builds strong, trust-based relationships with customers. This position offers a predictable Monday to Friday daytime schedule without nights or weekends, fostering an excellent work-life balance. Additionally, as a commissioned role, your earnings grow directly in relation to the sales growth and upselling opportunities you identify and cultivate within your route. You will have the chance to engage actively with customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the success of their businesses. The company supports its Route Service Representatives with comprehensive training, ongoing development, and a culture rooted in community and inclusion.
