The company is currently seeking a Route Service Representative to join its Rental Division on a full-time basis, working the first shift. This role is vital to maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and is integral to the company’s continued growth and success. The Route Service Representative will receive a comprehensive 10-week training program, which ensures that new team members are well-prepared for the responsibilities ahead. The role involves a solid base salary accompanied by commission opportunities once assigned a route, along with monthly and quarterly performance bonuses and incentives. Most representatives enjoy a four-day workweek and typically do not work nights or weekends, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

As a Route Service Representative, you will drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. This position is physically demanding and fast-paced, requiring work both indoors and outdoors. In this role, you are the face of Cintas to the customer, tasked with building rapport with key decision makers, ensuring quality standards, and proactively solving customer concerns. The representative will also grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services, negotiate service agreement renewals, and manage inventory control while maintaining professional and safe work practices. Compliance with driving and vehicle regulations is mandatory. Compensation for the Route Service Representative role ranges from approximately $45,000 to $90,000 annually, combining base salary and earned commissions. However, it is uncommon for individuals to be hired at the top of the salary range, as compensation decisions are based on specific circumstances and qualifications.
