The Route Service Representative role at Cintas is an exciting opportunity to join the Rental Division where the incumbent serves as the primary contact for managing and growing customer accounts along a designated route. This position blends customer service, sales, and logistics in a fast-paced environment, requiring a professional who is both service-oriented and sales-driven. The individual will be responsible for delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service items, ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality standards and addressing any potential concerns promptly. The job is physically demanding and involves both indoor and outdoor work, emphasizing safety and adherence to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations given the nature of the delivery vehicle. The position offers a comprehensive 10-week training program designed to equip new hires with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed. Once assigned a route, the representative enjoys a solid base salary complemented by commission potential, along with monthly and quarterly performance bonuses and various incentives. Work schedules are typically structured to promote work-life balance, with many employees working a four-day workweek without night or weekend shifts. Job Requirements

  • Qualified candidates must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving vehicles over 10,000 lbs
