The Route Service Representative role in the Rental Division at Cintas is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, physically active environment. As a Route Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer accounts by servicing and selling within an existing customer base along a designated route. This role involves both indoor and outdoor tasks including the delivery and pickup of uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service items. The position offers a comprehensive 10-week training program with a competitive starting hourly rate during training. Once assigned a route, you can earn a solid base salary with added commission potential. Most individuals in this role work a four-day workweek without nights or weekends, allowing for a balanced schedule.

Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining rapport with key decision-makers at customer sites, ensuring quality standards, proactively resolving customer concerns, and increasing customer base revenue through upselling and cross-selling. You will also be expected to negotiate service agreement renewals, manage inventory with professionalism and safety, and comply with all driving and vehicle regulations.
