The Route Service Representative position within Cintas' Rental Division plays a crucial role in maintaining and growing customer accounts. This is a full-time, regular employment opportunity focused on executing service routes that involve delivering and collecting products such as uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service items. The role requires a fast-paced, physical work environment that combines indoor and outdoor activities. Partners in this role spend their days managing an established route where they engage directly with customers to ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

This position includes a comprehensive 10-week training program designed to equip partners with the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to succeed in the role. Additionally, inventory management and compliance with driving and vehicle safety regulations are fundamental to the role, ensuring each route is completed efficiently and safely.

Cintas values self-motivated individuals with strong customer service orientations who thrive in a team environment. The company encourages candidates with a positive attitude, ambition, and organizational skills who seek career development and growth opportunities.
