Located in San Jose, CA, the company is currently seeking a dedicated Delivery and Sales Associate to join their team. This role is ideal for professionals who value work-life balance, as it offers Monday to Thursday 10-hour shifts, resulting in three-day weekends every week. The position involves light duty deliveries utilizing a small sprinter or transit van. Unlike larger commercial driving roles, this job does not require a commercial driver's license (CDL), making it more accessible to a wider range of candidates.

The Delivery and Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering and exchanging cutlery with national and local restaurants, food service providers, and grocery outlets. They will also handle the exchange of kitchen blades on various food service equipment such as can openers, deli slicers, and food processors. This role blends delivery duties with the opportunity to promote and sell company programs and products, requiring excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting customer relationships. The candidate will use handheld devices to efficiently track customer knives and blades, ensuring accuracy and accountability in inventory management.
