Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Ability to problem solve and handle various customer service situations
  • Ability to negotiate, train, coach, and lead a team
  • Strong computer proficiency with MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid non-commercial driver’s license in state of residence
  • Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Individuals driving personal vehicles for business must meet minimum auto insurance requirements according to UniFirst standards

  • Business savvy individual with ability to increase profit and grow customer satisfaction
  • Results-driven relationship manager willing to support and lead team and customers
  • Experience working with Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors
  • High School Diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee the recruiting, training, and development of a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors
  • Build strong relationships with your customers and elevate your team's level of achievement in customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with location management team to provide the best customer service and product programs
  • Negotiate customer contract renewals
  • Support and lead the team in daily operational tasks
  • Monitor team performance and implement improvement strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
