UniFirst is currently seeking a Route Service Manager to join their dynamic and growing team. This role is instrumental in overseeing and leading a team of Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives who provide delivery and service to a wide array of customers, ranging from small family-owned businesses to major corporate clients. Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Ability to negotiate, train, coach, and lead a team
  • Strong computer proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Valid non-commercial driver’s license in the state of residence
  • Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Comply with minimum auto insurance requirements when driving personal vehicle for business

  • Negotiate customer contract renewals
  • Lead, coach, and support the route service team to meet performance and operational goals
  • Monitor route service operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Resolve customer service issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
